Cecily 5 months

5 months old! Things are improving. She almost never has screaming colic bouts in the evening anymore (although she is very fussy and only wants to be with me after about 4pm). She predictably goes to sleep around 8pm. Her naps are still terrible, and she still spits up all day long, but you can't win them all. She charms us all with her laughter and bright-eyed smile.

Say what?!? Listen, it's not every day we get fancy at our house. So we try to make the most of it when it  happens.

I had a little "Sunrise, Sunset" moment as she was getting ready.

I had to bribe him from here to the other side of Tuesday to get him into his duds and hairdo.

Four months old

Cecily's Blessing Day

Cecily was blessed while we were in Utah (8-2-14).

All of our parents were there, along with 4/5 (Becca had not arrived yet) of Peter's siblings and their families and 4/6 of my siblings and their families (Trevin passed and Lance stayed out in Boston), my dear friend Jenn, and several of my aunts, uncles, and cousins from the area (Sheryl, Steve and Amy, Sherry and Larry, Blaine and Judy, Jamie, Greg, Becky, Julene), and maybe some neighbors. I'm sure I've forgotten people, but it was nice to be surrounded by family and friends.
